The Soviet i.s mobilising all reliable communists among the 1879 class, and al] later classes to fight the Karelians, declaring that unless the rebellion is completely crushed it will menace Petrograd. The Soviet will not tolerate any intervention or mdaiation. Helsingfors, Jan. 24.
