MISS PARK’S CASE.

MINISTER’S RIGHT QUESTIONED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Jan. 26. In connection with the Park case it is stated to-day that papers are in the course of preparation asking for a writ of prohibition, or injunction of restraint, as to whether the Minister has the right to set up an inquiry in the way he has done, or to deal with the teachers’ certificate in the way he claims. The Minister and commissioner have both been asked to stay the inquiry pending the decision of the Supreme Court. If this is refused, the application will come before the court to-mor-row.
