APPRECIATION OF HIS SPIRIT. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—copyright. London, Jan. 24. Mr. Lloyd George, on behalf of Cabinet and the British people, sent a cable ,to the Prince of Wales expressing appreciation of the spirit with which he is fulfilling his high undertakings in India. They looked forward keenly to welcome him home from the great Imperial mission he had so successfully performed. The Prince, replying, acknowledged the cordiality and goodwill shown him by the Princes and people of India during his travels. He would feel proud if his visit in any way fosters mutual understanding and unity throughout the British Empire. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
