NO DIFFICULTY OVER TANGIERS. THE ANGORA TREATY. By Telegraph.—Press Amu.—CopyrlgK Paris, Jan. 24. The Echo de Paris foresees no difficulty in arranging a formula with regard to Tangiers. The only point requiring settlement over the Angora treaty is that of intervention between Greeks and Turks before hostilities are resumed. The newspaper adds that Great Britain desires certain energetic measures which France is not disposed to adopt.
