The Athens correspondent of the Daily Express states the British Minister made it clear to King Constantine that norma’ relations with Greece cannot be restored until he abdicates in favor of Prince George. It is understood Constantine has decided to abdicate shortly in the interests of Greece. If he changes his mind the recent financial arrangements wil] be cancelled. M.
