Orders for papers may also be left with thecn. STRATFORD MODEL FARM. The monthly meeting of the Stratford Model Dairy Farm was held on Wednesday. Present: Messrs. J. B. Richards (elected chairman), S. Pitt, and E. Marfeil. Apologies for absence were received from Messrs. J. W. Deem, K. Tarrant, W. H. Were, and M. T. Phillips. Matters arising from the visit of the members of the Stratford executive to Moumakahi and members of the Waimate executive to Stratford were dis* cussed, but in the Absence of the chairman (Mr. J. W. Deem) it was decided to defer action-to the next meeting. The farm manager reported that feed 1 was plentiful on the farm, kale and oats being ready to feed off'. Fifty cows were being milked, the quantity of milk for the month being 45.81 Gibs. The test for the first period was 4.2, for the second period 4.2, and for the third period 4.8. Field 14 had been ploughed, worked and drilled, and two stacks had been thatched by casual labor. Mr. J. Faulkner was elected a member of the farm society. Business men of Stratford and district are reminded that their stationery requirements--for 1922 can be filled satisfactorily at Wilson • Bros., the Commercial Stationed and Printers, Stfatford. Account books, duplicate books, letter files and -.typewriter supplies fullj’ stocked; paper and envelopes a speciality.
