CONSTITUTION OF BOARD. SUGGESTION FROM AUCKLAND, By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. The executive of the Auckland Farmers’ Union passed the following resolution regarding the meat pool: “That the present committee act as a board of management for the next three months: that a board be elected during that period in the following manner, viz., all owners of 500 sheep and up to 3000 sheep to have one vote, all owners of over 3000 and up to 10,000 sheep to have two votes, owners of over. 10,000 sheep to have three votes, no owner of stock to have more than three votes; for the purpose of making a calculation for owners of cattle one cattle beast be calculated as equal to four sheep, the basis of voting to be on stock returns, and any owner of stock to be eligible for nomination.”
