SIR ROSS SMITH PREPARING. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. London, Jan. 17. Sir Ross Smith is completing preparations for a world flight. He has secured a Vickers amphibian plane with Napier engines, and both are now being built. lie is arranging for petrol supplies at various points and hopes soon to finalise arrangements, enabling a start to be made in the spring.—United Service.
