MAGISTRATE’S COURT. Mr. A. M. Mowlern, S.M., presided at a sitting of the Hawera Magistrate’s Court yesterday. A. Pullen, on a charge of leaving a dead cow in the Kapuni stream, was fined 10s and 17s Gd costs. ALLEN v. FAMA. Judgment was given in the rase in which J. J. Allen proceeded against B. A. Fama- for payment of £62 10s commission on the sale of a property. The magistrate, in giving judgment, stated that it was clear that the plaintiff did not, as agent, discharge the duties thrown upon him. Judgment was entered for defendant with costs, and security for appeal was fixed at £lO 10s, UNDEFENDED CASES.
