Mr. Durack, a member of the West Australian Parliament, in supporting Mr. Barwell’s proposal to employ colored labor in the Northern Territory, suggests that alien or indentured labor be tried for a period of 25 years, north of the ninetieth parallel, a percentage of those indentured to be repatriated every five years and till by the end of 25 years.
