The Hungarian Government lias dismissed 102 justices and iudges on a charge of political bias. They are deprived of the right to practice as solicitors or barristers.
Italy, having increased her production of sugar and cereals, expects to save £3,006,000 on sugar, and over £19,000,000 on cereals, which would otherwise have had to be imported.
Grain, animals, ornaments, slaves iron, and copper have been used as money by many nations; the use of cattle as’ currency has been extremely common.
