IN CONJUNCTION WITH NEWTON KING, LTD. sell by auction on the farm, Opunake, on Tuesday, January 24, 1922, at 1.30 o’clock, p.m., the Goodwill of the Lease of:— 117| acres Public Trustee Lease, Section. 1, Block XV., Opunake S.D., 14 years from December 3, 1920, at an annual rental of £75 17s 6d, payable half yearly in advance. 30 acres Public Trustee Lease, Section 50, Block IX., Opunake S.D. Lease from June 3, 1921, at an annual rental of £l9 10s 2d, payable half yearly 27| acres, Section 49, Block IX., Opunake S.D., for a term of 10 years from July 1, 1914, at an annual rental of £25 17s 6d, reducible to £23 if paid within the prescribed period.
