Lease from June 3, 1921, at an annual rental of £l9 10s 2d, payable half yearly 27| acres, Section 49, Block IX., Opunake S.D., for a term of 10 years from July 1, 1914, at an annual rental of £25 17s 6d, reducible to £23 if paid within the prescribed period.
