A CHILD’S DEATH.
COLLAPSE UNDER ANAESTHETIC. By Telecrxph.—Press Association. Marton, Last Night. Francis Whale, fojir years of age, died while undergoing an operation for the extraction of teeth. Medical evidence was given that his vitality was lowered by the absorption of poison from septic teeth. The coroner returned a verdict that death was due to heart failure, caused by the shock of an operation and the effect of the anaesthetic administered.
