MANY DIVORCE CASES.
HEARINGS IN FUTURE. TITLED PETITIONERS. London, Jan. 7. There are 1.046 matrimonial suits set down for the coming legal term. Viscountess Rhondda is petitioning against her husband, Sir Humphrey Mack worth, for the restitution of conjugal rights. She is a director of 30 companies. There are no children.
Earl Cathcart is petitioning for a divorce, citing as co-respondent Earl Craven, who lost a leg in the war. Mrs. George Graves is petitioning for the restitution of conjugal rights against her husband, the comedian. Lady Foster Fraser is proceeding similarly against the well-known lecturer.
The Marquess Conyngham, who was divorced by the former Marchioness, daughter of W. A. Tobin, of Australia, is now co-respondent in a suit which Major Custance is bringing against his wife.
