.WANGANUI v. NOMADS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wanganui, Last Night. A cricket match between the Wanganui representative team and the Nomads touring team was drawn Wanganui made 310 (Hyder 101, Walters 71, Wood 34, Treadwell 26, Johnston 24) and 317 (Tilyard 42, Johnston 38, Cave 36, Treadwell 35, Walters 39, R. London 31). The Nomads scored 352 (Curtis 78, Cross 66, Collins 51, Talbot 36, Bernau 32, Arkwright 20) and 27 for no wickets.
NORTH TARANAKI COMPETITION. THE SECOND ROUND. The following fixtures for the second round of the competition have been drawn up to February 4.
