JJiQ'OTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the New Plymouth Borough Council held on the 19th day of December, 1921, a resolution was passed, the object or purport of which is to widen Hine Street in the Borough of New Plymouth by the inclusion therein of ALL THAT piece of land situate in the Borough of New Plymouth containing by admeasurement 3.6 perches be the same a little more or less BEING Parts of Sections 16 and 17 on the Subdivisional Plan of Part of Allotment A of the Town Belt of New Plymouth BOUNDED on the North by Hine Street (226.7 links) on the East by other part of Section 16 (10 links) on the South by other parts of Sections 16 and 17 (226.7 links) and on the West by Belt Road (10 links) the said piece ''of land being the land contained, in a conveyance registered in the Deeds Register Office as No. 45430. Leave Opunake 7.30 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. Arrive Opunake 10.4'5 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. Leave Eltham 9.15 a.m. and 6.40 p.m. Next week the 6.40 p.m. car from Eltham will lhave at 5 p.m., and in thq winter time at 4.30 p.m. pAR leaves Eltham for Kaponga at 6.40 p.m. regularly, and will take passengers beyond if necessary. ■Opunake people can be sure of getting a seat on the mail train at Eltham by taking this route and by coming to Eltham by the 1.30 car can have two hours there for business, or all day if they come in by the 7.30 a.m. ear, getting back again at 6.30 p.m. We are going to put; a comfortable pneumatic tyred bus on this route soon, and will reduce the present fares, so we hope the settlers between Opunake and Eltham will patronise our service.
