ELECTION BEFORE MARCH 20. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Sydney, Jan. 6. The caucus adopted a resolution that the elections should take place not laier than March 20. Mr. McGirr has notified the party that he will not be a candidate at the general elections, as he is turning his attention to Federal politics. The caucas left the fixing of the exact date of the elections to Mr. Dooley. They will probably be held on March 18.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
