NEW LOAN PROPOSAL. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. Received Jan. 6, 8.45 p.m. Pekin, Jan. 5. It has been officially announced that the new Ministry is negotiating for the flotation of a 90,000,000-doUar loan by a fourPower consortium, co-oj erating with Chine.se bankers. It is proposed with the proceeds to repay outstanding small loans. The bonds will be for a term of eight years. Other details are not known. —Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
