ENTERTAINMENTS.

STRASSBURG CLOCK EXHIBITION. 1 Strassburg, the capital of Alsace-Lor-raine, is remarkable for the unique clock in its cathedral. For over 500 years the clock has excited the minds of all intelligent people. Its historic fame has travelled round the globe, and its wonderful procession of the twelve Apostles and concomitant incidents have irresistibly held spellbound admiring multitudes. Those who cannot vidit Europe to view the original have an opportunity of seeing the great working model, which is on exhibition at Hooker’s Sample Rooms, New Plymouth. A comprehensive lecture, descriptive of the model, is delivered every fifteen minutes.
