WELLINGTON CHAMPIONSHIPS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Palmerston N., Jan. 6. The Wellington provincial lawn tennis championships concluded this morning, when the finals were played. The results were: Championship Singles.—Miss Fenwick beat Mrs. Melody, 6 —’3, 6—-2. Ladies’ Doubles.—Misses Fenwick and Ormond beat Miss Clark and Mrs. Knight, 4—6, 6—2, 6—2.
