REDUCTION IN CUSTOMS. V STATE OF CONSOLIDATED FUND. The state of the consolidated fund at the end of November is disclosed in the latest issue of the Abstract of Statistics. The revenue for November was £2,032,747, against £2,331,772 for November, 1920 The expenditure, including the transfer of £300,000 to the Publib Works Fund, was £2,766,592, against £2,744,945 for November, 1920, including the transfer of £50,000 to the Public Works Fund. The principal decrease in revenue is exhibited by customs, which yielded £383,230, against £743,645 in November, 1920. For the eight months of the financial year the revenue has been £13,446,245, against £16,009,744 in the corresponding period of 1920-21. The expenditure has amounted to £19,180,749, against £17,926,262 in the eight months of 1920-21,
