By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Jan. 4, 1.5 a.m. Jan. 3. I The Vacuum Oil Company announces a reduction in the price of kerosene of 9d a case, to be increased to Is later. Petrol is also to be reduced la forthwith.
