A White Paper gives the Imperial Shipping Committee’s report on the representations to Mr. Lloyd George by Mr. Massey in November with reference to the New Zealand Government’s complaint regarding freights on produce. The committee’s general conclusion is that, under existing conditions, the freights charged are not unreasonable.
