Due New Plymouth January. Kaikoura, to load. Due New Plymouth middle of January. THE RARAWA. The Rarawa arrived from Onehunga early on Saturday morning with passengers and 50 tons of cargo. The vessel sailed on the return trip at 8.30 p.m. on Saturday, and Is again due at New Plymouth at 5.30 o’clock to-morrow morning. NGATORO DISCHARGES. The Ngatoro completed discharging her cargo of coal on Saturday afternoon and sailed for Tokomaru Bay. TRELEVIW DELAYED. The Union Company advise that wet weather at Wellington has caused the Treleven to be delayed, and she is now expected to leave to-day, arriving here to-morrow. ALEXANDER DIVERTED. Messrs. J. H. Cock and Co. advise that the Alexander, which was to have called at New Plymouth: with coal from Wellington, has now been diverted to Wanganui, and will not come to New Plymouth. THE KAIKOURA. The Kaikoura is to leave Wellington today for Lyttelton and Dunedin to put out the remainder of her cargo from Liverpool. The vessel will then be loaded in New Zealand by the Federal Line for West of England ports, sailing from Wellington on FobWORLD'S LARGEST VESSEL. There is now being built in a British shipyard thr- world’s largest vessel, which will be called the Majestic. The total length is said to be nearly a thousand feet, by a depth of 102 ft., and breadth of nearly as much. She will be capable of carrying 4000 passengers and will have a speed of 23 knots an hour. Crude oil will be used in the furnaces, and the vessel will carry four propellers. There will be about 15,000 electric lamps on the ship, and the electri power installation Is as large as that usually found in a small town.
