By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright., Paris, Dec. 29* The Echo ,de Paris expresses the .opinion that Yhe economic proposals, so far as known, merely appear to be the re-building of the Termeulen scheme, which the Paris business men’s conference will attempt to apply to Russia. \ The Matin points out that its application to Austria, where the problems are less complex and vast than those of Russia, are not 'yet successful after fourteen months'’ trial. Le Journal asserts that Dr. Rathenau is visiting Paris at the Entente’s request.
