The value of the exports from New Plymouth for kmt month was £391,019, and for the 12 months ending November £2,794,150. The figures for Patea are £196,819 and £2,276,279 respectively, and for Waitara £7,402 and £140,836 Taranaki’s total exports for the year ending November were valued at £5,215,2165, or £'B3 per head of populatio'n, coinpared with the average for the whole of New Zealand of just under £4O. Taranaki therefore still leads New Zealand in regard to tha value of its exports.
