The value of the exports from New Plymouth for kmt month was £391,019, and for the 12 months ending November £2,794,150. The figures for Patea are £196,819 and £2,276,279 respectively, and for Waitara £7,402 and £140,836 Taranaki’s total exports for the year ending November were valued at £5,215,2165, or £'B3 per head of populatio'n, coinpared with the average for the whole of New Zealand of just under £4O. Taranaki therefore still leads New Zealand in regard to tha value of its exports. The hew voile blouses showing at the Melbourne, Ltd., are without doubt the finest ever exhibited in the province, and as for quality and style there is nothing smarter in the Dominion.
