Boppe, French inspector of forests in the Nancy district, who is alleged several times to have attempted to murder his wife, reveal that prisoner’s crimes were smothered by a conspiracy of the family, including prisoner’s brother, ex-Minister to Peking. AU who attended the conclave are now threatened with the penalties of law for its contravention by concealment of crime.
