There are heavy casualties and the hospitals are filled with dead and dying. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. A GREAT UPHEAVAL. ARMED MOB IN CHARGE. NEW CABINET CHALLENGED. Received Dec. 20, 8.55 p.m. Paris, Dee. 2t>. News of the Portuguese revolution arrived from Spain, communication with Lisbon being impossible since Friday. The Portuguese Legation professes to ignore the report, but refugees entering Spain at many frontier posts made it clear that a grave upheaval is in progress. A dispatch from Madrid states that when Teal formed a Cabinet on Saturday he and his Ministers were immediately challenged by an armed mob of soldiers and civilians, and simultaneously the naval and shore artillery opened' terrific fire. The position is such that even Spain is censoring telegrams. —Aus.-N.Z. ('able Assn.
