TARANAKI ASSOCIATION. FUTURE FIXTURES. Following are the fixtures drawn up for the Taranaki Association’s inter-club matches: A GRADE. January 14.—New Plymouth v. Hawera, nt Hawera; Waverley a bye. (This match had to be postponed on account of bad weather on December 10). January 21.—Hawera v. Waverley, at Waverley ; New Plymouth a bye. B GRADE. Following is the draw for the second and third rounds in the B grade inter-club matches in the North and South sections:— NORTH SECTION. Week ending January 14.—Inglewood v. Stratford, at Stratford; Sportsdale v. New Plymouth, at New Plymouth ; Waitara v. N.P. Park No. 1 team, at New Plymouth Park; New Plymouth Park No. 2 team, a bye. Week ending January 21.—'N.P. Park No. 2 team v. Inglewood, at Inglewood; New Plymouth v. Waitara, at Waitara; N.P. Park No. 1 team v. Sportsdale, at Sportsdale; Stratford, a bye. SOUTH SECTION. Week ending January 14.—King Edward Park v. Patea, at King Edward Park; Stratford Methodist v. Eltham, at Stratford; Manaia v. Hawera, at Manaia. Week ending January 21.—Mauaja. v. Stratford Methodist, at Stratford’; Sltham v. King Edward Park, at Eltham; Patea v. Hawera, at Patea. The annual Taranaki Association championship and handicap tournament will be held :u New Plymouth, the probable dates being January 26, 27 and 28 next. The Taranaki Association is endeavoring co arrange a match with a Wellington team, to be played at New Plymouth on January 25. The annual match between the Auckland and Taranaki Associations will be played this season at Auckland, probably about February 20.
