THE WORLD’S CHAMPIONSHIP. Bj’ Telegraph—Press Association. Wanganui, Last Night. The interest in the world's sculling cliampionstip. which is to be rowed on the Wanganui River on January 5, is becoming very keen. Both Arnst and Hadfield are now camped up the river, and are putting in strenuous work. Both were out to-day, covering the full course twice. Arnst rowed at from 20 to 24 strokes to the minute throughout and Hadfield 22. There is every prospect of a. great struggle.
