Furniture and sundries sales are quiet. Trices are as follows : Hens t good line, 2s 6d, 3s Gd ; others, 2s; dueks, 3a 6d. to ss; geese, 8s to 7s; gobblers are wo/rth 15s to 20s; good roosters, 2s Gd to 4s 6di'; half case Dougherty apples, sound but small/. 4s; plums, 6s Gd, 7s Gd ; gooseberries, 8s to l|0s; cherries, Is lb; onions, prime (quality, 4d per lb; potatoes, 14s to 16s. Other lines, fertilisers and grain, etc., market rates. j
