DIVORCE PETITION.

ACTION BROUGHT BY WIFE. In the Supreme Court. New Plymouth. yesterday before ' Mr. Justice Reed, Hilda Georgina L. Davy petitioned for a dissolution of her marriage from Frank Reginald Davy, tramway motorman, on the grounds of adultery. Mr. C. H. Crokpr appeared for the petitioner. Respondent was represented by Mr. C. H. Weston,, but did not oppuw the petition. Petitioner said she was married at New Plymouth on March 14, 1914. They lived together up till quite recently, and there were five children of the marriage. About September, 19*20, she went into the New Plymouth Public Hospital, and was there about six weeks. The first trouble occurred when she came out of the hospital in October of that year. After hearing the evidence of Dr. H. A. McCleland, His Honor granted a decree nisi, petitioner to have interim custody of -four of the children, and permanent custody to be decided on the motion for a decree absolute. Costs were awarded against respondent on the lowest scale.
