A TRIP TO GALLIPOLI. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. London, Dec. 13. The Norwegian steam yacht Meteor is making two Mediterranean cruises from Marseilles in March and April respectively, including a special visit to Anzac, Suvla, and Cape Helles battlefields. Many English relatives of Gallipoli fallen, are making the pilgrimage. INDIAN FRONTIER OUTLAWS. Delhi, Dec. 13. Further constabulary, attempting to round up a settlement of border outlaws, were outnumbered by the tribesmen and retired, losing Commandant Andrews, who was killed, and his assistant, Vicers, who was wounded. There were six other casualties. GERMAN DYE COMPANY. Berlin, Dec. 14. The Badische Aniline Dye Company is increasing its capital to the extent of 100 to 150 million marks, in order to repair the damage resulting from the Oppau explosion. INDIAN AGITATORS ARRESTED. Delhi, Dec. 14. Forty-five Congress volunteers were arrested at Allahabad when the Congress Committee meeting was held. The Congress office was searched and documents seized. During the last three days 21 volunteers have been arrested. The trial of political prisoners will be resumed. EX-CROWN PRINCE. Paris, Dec. 14. The Hague correspondent of the Petit Parisien says it is believed that the exCrown Prince will shortly take up his residence on his property in Upper Silesia. BRITISH COAL EXPORTS. London, Dec. 14. Scottish coal owners are loading night and day to cope with rush orders, which are unequalled since pre-war times. South Wales’ prices are stiffening on account of the rush of foreign orders-
