JUDGE’S SEVERE COMMENT. By Telegranh.— Assn—cop'rlght. Received Dec. 14, 9 p.m. London, Dee. ]3. The Chancery Division decided that Mr. Horatio Bottom ley, M.P., is the trustee for the subscribers of the three victory bond clubs, and directed inquiries to be made into the administration of the fpnds, Mr. Bottomiey paying the costs to date. Judge Ourgant said the statement of claim, which Mr. Bottomley had not challenged, disclosed the gravest irregularities on Mr Bottomley’s part.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
