By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The weather forecast issued this evening was; '‘Present indications are for strong northerly winds, backing to southerlies soon northwards of Kawhia and Napier, and northeast to south-east winds elsewhere. Unsettled and squally conditions may be expected with rain in most parts of the country. The barometer has a fulling tendency, but will be rising everywhere soon.”
