DISLOYALTY TO PRINCE.

THE CAMPAIGN IN BURMA. EXTREMISTS ACTIVE. . By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Received Dec. 7, 5.5 p.m. London, Dec. 6. Official cables from India state that the extremists are extending the intensive campaign to Burma in preparation for the Prince’s visit. Considerable boycotting of the Loyalists has already begun. A public speaker in Mandalay applied a degrading epithet to the Prince’s boat, which was being prepared for use as a Royal barge. It has been destroyed and sunk. The local Government contemplates special legislation, as Burma does not possess definite associations of volunteers like those proclaimed as unlawful in the remainder of India. Five agitators have been interned and additional arrests are imminent.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
