JAPAN AGREEABLE TO REDUCE. By Telegrapn.—Press Assn. —Copyright. Received Dec. 4. 5.5 p.m. Tokio, Dec. 2. M. Yamanashi (the Japanese War Minister), interviewed, declared that Japan would be agreeable to world reduction of armies immediately. Another high Government official stated that the reduction may be as much as half Japan’s present military force, provided an agreement on Far Eastern questions is reached by the Washington Conference. —Aus.-N.Z.
