SYDNEY CITY ELECTIONS. By Telegraph j— Press Assn.— Copyright. Sydney, Nov. 30. Ten out of the thirteen city, wards will be contested at to-morrow s election. In two wards, four civic reformers, and in one, two Labontes were elected unopposed. Throughout the campaign both the morning and evening newspapers strenuously battled for a change from Labor rule at the Lown Hall, and anticipate that to-morrow's voiin® will effect this change. On the other hand the Lord Mayor predicts a Labor majority of - three or four. NEW SOUTH WALES BUSH FIRES. Sydney, Nov. 30. Besides much grass, the bush fires have destroyed a number of homesteads and some-wheat in the Dulibo and Nairabai districts, but constant vigilance and incessant fighting have so far kept the wheat areas largely intact.
