DECREASE IN CHRISTCHURCH. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. The Labor Department reports that the barometer of unemployment in Christchurch is rapidly failing. It stood at its highest some five weeks ago, when there were 156 unemployed men upon its books. To-day’s level, that of 81, is far more healthy. Twenty-seven were placed in employment last week.
