The Daily Chronicle’s Berlin carreS* pondent says that the Minister of (Defence states officially that the Government is willing to consider to maintain Germany disarmed in strictest accordance with the Treaty of Ver* sailles. France is dubious the future and thinks something sfiordd be done to reassure her strength in the case of land disarmament. It haa ibeent suggested that Germany is willing to| consent to the mission of inspection t<M remain in Germany to ensure Franceda* satisfaction. Germany is not preparing to repeat the revenge which led ta the battle of Leipsig.— Cable? Assn.
