The Mayor published in your paper that the tenants of the municipal houses were satisfied and that it was only one councillor that was not. Now 1 understand that if the council will paj* the difference over a thousand the tenants will be satisfied. What have the ratepayers got to say to this? Are they going to have any say or will they be satisfied to pay the amount?—l am, etc., A RATEPAYER.
