BUSH FIRES.

RECURRENCE IN AUSTRALIA. By Telegraph.—-Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Nov. 28, 9.30 p.m. Sydney, Nov. 28. Further destructive bush fires are reported to be sweeping wide areas in the western pastoral districts, where grass, following a good season, is exceptionally abundant. In some places the wheat areas were invaded. So far the damage to wheat is not serious, but there are grave fears of further inroads. The farmers have been organised for fire-fighting.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
