The financial editor of the Times writes: “The bankers’ report shows distinct signs of business improvement, which is attributable to the marked financial activity of the past two nronths, during which (>c millions was raised in loans, mainly for the Dominions and colonies. The reuuction of the bankrate has contributed to the improvement.”
