ACCIDENT AT BELL BLOCK.

A YOUNG MAN INJURED. An accident occurred at Bell Blocl late on Saturday night, as the result oi which a young man named Claude Jeffries, residing with Mr. and Mrs. Mes« call, sustained injuries that necessitated his removal to the hospital. It appears that he wss carrying a loaded gun. and in getting over a stile it was accidentally discharged, and he received the charge in his left shoulder. Dr. Milroy was sent for and dressed the wound, the young man being taken to the hospital later by the ambulance. Enquiry at the hospital yesterday showed that he is doing as well as can be expected.
