Inglewood, November 12, 1921. INGLEWOOD COUNTY COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDER IN RE £9OO LOAN FOR THE RATAPIKO ROAD NO. 2, SPECIAL AREA. JN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in it in that behalf by section 16 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and all other powers and authorities in that behalf enabling and with the written consent of the Ratepayers of the Ratapiko Road No. 2 Special Rating Area, hereinafter described, testified by a petitiofi signed by not less than three-fourths of the Ratepayers of the aforesaid Ratapiko Road No. 2 Special Rating Area, the Capital Value of whose properties as appearing on the Valuation Roll of the District is collectively greater than the Capital Value of those properties of those Ratepayers who did not so consent, the Inglewood County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows: “That, for the purpose of forming, re-grading and metalling the Ratapiko Road within the Ratapiko Road No. 2 Special Rating Area, the Inglewood County Council hereby authorises the rasing of a Loan of £9OO, such Loan to be for a period of thirty-six. and a half years at the rate of £5 12s 2d per centum per annum; to strike as security for such Loan a Special Rate of eighty-five one-hun-dredths of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Ratapiko Road No. 2 Special Rating Area, comprising—Section 42, Block VI., and sections 23 and 24, Block X., containing 442 acres; section 57, Block VI., containing 89 acres; section '4O and part 41, Block VI., s containing 267.1.31 acres; section 55, Block VL, containing 108.2.24 acres; sections 38 and 39, Block VI., containing 157 acres; section 56, Block VI., containing 78 acres; section 25, Block VI., containing 143 acres; sections 27 and 28, Block X., and and part 5, Block XL, contain--558 acres, Huiroa Survey District, which is hereby constituty ed the Ratapiko Road No. 2 Special Area, and to pay out of • such Loan the cost of raising and the first year’s principal and interest on the Loan.”
