CARPENTIER v. COOK. By Telegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright London, Nov. 24. Mr. Lucas is satisfied that Carpentier’s illness justified the request for a postponement, and says it would be madness to cry the match off in view of what a win means to Cook. Though the delay is annoying, Mr. Lucas declares that he is confident the match is worth waiting for.
