FOUND DEAD.

NEW PLYMOUTH RESIDENT. The dead body of MF. R. S. Wooldridge was found in the yard at his works late last night. Dr. Blackley was, called immediately, but was only able to pronounce life extinct, the cause not being ascertainable. Mr. Wooldridge was a well-known New Plymouth resident, who has conducted an engineering business in Gill Street. One of the employees of the firm, who sleeps on the premises, saw Mr. Wooldridge early in the evening, and when the employee left the works about 8 o’clock to go to the theatre Mr. Wooldridge was working and appeared to be all right. When the employee returned to the works shortly before eleven o clock he found Mr. Wooldridge dead.
