KING, LIMITED, hard received instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court to offer for Sale by Public Auction at their Mart in Devon Street, New Plymouth, on FRIDAY, the 9th day of December, One thousand nine hundred and twenty* one, at 2 p.m. — FIRSTLY, ALL THAT piece or parcel of land situate in the Provincial District of Taranaki, containing by ladmeasurement Ono hundred and forty-nine acres (149 a. be the same a little more or less, being the Section Numbered Twenty-five (25) in tho Block Numbered One (1) on the Public Map of the Upper Waitara Survey District. ALSO ALL THAT piece or parcel of land situate as aforesaid, containing by admeasurement Ona thousand two hundred and ten acres (1210 a.), be the samef a. little more or less, being tha Section numbered Twelve (12) in the Block Numbered Eleven on the Public Map of the Upper Waitara Survey District, being the whole of the land comprised in Memorandum of Mortgage re« gistered Number 41833 and in Certificates of Title entered in Volume 50, Folio 163, and Volume 32, Folio 59, of the Regia* ter Books at New Plymouth.
