TWO BROTHERS DEAD. ’’LA SUSPICIOUS DEATH. By Tcleffrapu AMoeUtfon Whangarei, Nov. 19. Edward Thoma* Smith, aged 34 yean was found dead by two of his brother, yesterday, lying on the floor of his residence at Kara, twelve miles from Whangarei, with a bullet wound in his head. The circumstances do not suggest suicide, and the police are investigating. Later. There is a fresh development in connection with the Kara tragedy. John Martin Smith, aged 19, youngest brother of deceased, has been discovered dead in the bush two miles from the scene of the first tragedy. The body was crouched over a discharged gun, apparently a case of suicide.
