FURTHER RESOLUTIONS. My Telegrapli. -Pre.. jSeoelatien Dunedin, Last Night. The .Presbyterian Assembly approved Hie foreign missions proposal that the Rev. Don be appointed the church’s, delegate to the national conference of China, to be held at Shanghai in April of next year. It was resolved that the Assembly deplores the continuance of the discredited condominium over the West Hebrides, and trusts means may be soon found which, while paying due regard to French claims and susceptibilities will result in bringing the group under sole British cbntrol. Further resolutions were passed that the* Port and Kivamela districts, in south-east Tanna, New Hebrides, be transferred by the church to the John G. Patton mission fund, to be placed under the personal supervision of the missionaries, all property existing in • these districts to be handed over free to this fund; that President Harding be congratulated, on his naval proposals and the principles given effect to.
